We provide fully managed hosting. Most standard hosting services provide a
managed platform on which the customer can install their application server and
application. A fully managed solution includes the management of both the
application server and hosted application that are in reality the most
important, and often most complex, components of the solution.
By managing the application we are also able to provide comprehensive
monitoring, not just monitoring whether the server is able to respond to
requests but rather monitoring each component of the application and checking
to insure that each component is providing an acceptable level of performance.
We can also carry out proactive maintenance to prevent unnecessary system
outages.

Once the hosting server has been configured, management is ongoing for the life
of the contract. In addition to reacting to issues identified by the monitoring
tools, the following proactive management is undertaken:
trend analysis in order to identify capacity and performance issues
monitoring of all log files to identify anomalous activity
application of patches and bug fixes as they become available
