What happens if my site develops errors?
It is possible that we missed something during our testing of your site. Once this is pointed out we will investigate the matter and correct it at no charge. Unfortunately, any errors that occur as a direct result of you or a third party making changes to the web site are not covered by this agreement.
Can I make changes to my site?
Once we have completed the whole design process, the web site is yours to do whatever you find necessary. But any errors that result from your changes are not covered by our free error correcting service.
What other support do you offer?
Throughout the whole project, we are always available to answer your questions - by phone during business hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday) and via email at all times. Even once your project is completed, we are happy to continue this service for you, whether it is a question about email or a helping hand with your hosting package.
